V1 workflow
The first version is built for controlled real-PHI pilots with manual customer approval, BAA tracking, secure link plus code access, short-lived file staging, scan-before-delivery, and answer purging after PDF upload.
Local testing
Local mock mode avoids real PHI and external Google services. Use production Cloud SQL, KMS, Storage, Tasks, and Drive OAuth before handling real PHI.
